Browser-to-Browser Call Demo

This path uses Azure Communication Services user identities and browser VoIP. No SIP phone number, Twilio, or PBX is required for the first call test.

Bicep can provision the ACS resource. The browser identities you test with are created by the app at runtime because ACS user access tokens are data-plane objects, not durable ARM resources.
